A thorough clean consists of cleaning (removing dirt, dust, crumbs and germs from surfaces), disinfecting (using chemicals to kills germs on surfaces) and sanitizing (lowering the number of germs to a safe level per public health and safety standards). Residential cleaning rates require an in-home estimate. Pricing consists of numerous factors, such as square footage of home, cleanliness, amount of furniture and knick-knacks to be cleaned and moved, clients target goals and requirements, etc.
Residential cleaning estimates are free and conducted in-home.
A Deep Clean is a detailed clean that consists of a thorough cleaning of most spaces and surfaces of your home, from the crown molding to the baseboard, and everything in between! *Attics, basements, carpets, refrigerator/freezer, oven, walls and windows can be added to any package for an additional fee.
A Maintenance Clean consists of the weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance of every surface and area cleaned during the initial deep clean. Please note, the more frequent the maintenance cleans, the more savings you’ll receive!
A Seasonal Clean is a deep clean ideally conducted at the beginning of each season change. Nothing feels fresher than a house that’s just been spring cleaned! What if you could get that feeling all year long (Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter)! Well now you can! A seasonal cleaning package consists of 4 deep cleans that must be used within a year of purchase.
A Holiday Clean is a deep clean that coincides with the most common national holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). A Holiday Cleaning package consists of 6 deep cleans that must be used within a year of purchase! Nothing can stress us out more than the anticipation of hosting the holidays in our home! Our Holiday Clean is a deep clean that’ll get your home company ready; that’s sure to impress even the most critical family members!
A Special Occasion Clean is a one-time deep clean with no further obligation required. A special occasion can be anything from a birthday, anniversary, the birth of a child or even a recent illness or injury. Nothing says I love and appreciate you like the gift of a clean house!
A Move-in / Move-out clean is ideally conducted on an empty home, with the exception of large appliances, so not to hinder us from conducting the most thorough and detailed clean. A Move-in / Move-out Clean consists of a deep clean, plus cabinets, carpets, refrigerator/ freezer, oven, walls and windows. This service does not include the removal of previous tenants personal belongings, furniture or trash. A clean-out can be added to this service for an additional fee.

Remove cobwebs; wipe down window trim and window sills; wipe down furnace and central air unit (if present); sweep, mop and vacuum.
Remove cobwebs; scrub laundry tub inside and out; wipe down washer and dryer; wipe down furnace and hot water tank; sweep, mop and vacuum.
Cabinets are emptied of all items, scrubbed inside and out. Items are wiped off and placed back into the cabinets from which they came. This service does not include sorting or organizing items to be returned to cabinets, nor does it consist of checking for expiration dates or questionable items to be discarded. Carpets shampooed. Does not include moving furniture over 50 lbs. * Plus $150 for equipment rental and supplies.
The removal of previous tenants or previous owners personal items, furniture, trash, etc., to be discarded in a designated trash receptacle. * Please note, this service does not include us sifting through items to determine what items, if any, are salvageable. Oven and oven racks are sprayed, scrubbed and wiped clean of debris and grease.
All items are removed and inspected for valid expiration dates. All expired or questionable items are discarded. All shelves and drawers are removed and washed thoroughly. Refrigerator and freezer are wiped out thoroughly before replacing shelves and drawers. All remaining items are wiped down thoroughly before placing back in the refrigerator or freezer.
All walls are scrubbed and cleaned to remove any dust, dirt, grim or scuff marks; including crown molding and baseboards. There is an additional fee for smokers due to additional work required to remove nicotine and tar from walls.
Windows are washed inside and out. Therefore, all windows must tilt in, in order to clean both sides. Temperature must be above 60 degrees to clean both sides. Includes window trim, window jams and window sills. Does not include blinds, shades or curtains.

Commercial and Residential Thermal Fogging can be purchased in a single session, or in three convenient packages (weekly, monthly or seasonally). As with all our other packages, the more you buy, the more you save!

A Commercial Maintenance Clean consists of us maintaining all spaces and surfaces cleaned during the initial deep clean.
* Please note, you may add any of the above mentioned Premium (Add-on) Services at any time. A 48 hour notice is required to ensure we have the proper equipment, additional personnel (if needed) and the additional time required to complete the job.
* Please provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
* We accept Apple Pay, cash, Cash App, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. Business checks accepted. No personal checks accepted at this time.
